As a new and progressive firm we do not have the formal hierarchy, which can be a feature of older law firms. We are adaptable, open minded and less rigidly structured. This presents all our lawyers with opportunities to develop, excel and ultimately lead in the practice.

The varied and demanding work which our clients generate means we often need to add new individuals to our team who can work with us to provide the best solutions.
