Gerry is a leading specialist in the area of environmental law and planning. Gerry has advised numerous multi-national and indigenous industries across all sectors but particularly in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, food and agri industries, in relation to all aspects of planning and environmental law including environmental liabilities, waste management issues, contaminated sites, REPAK obligations, Integrated Pollution Control licence applications, reviews, appeals (including oral hearings) and audits.
Gerry holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (Hons) from University College Dublin.
