Deirdre O’Halloran is a solicitor in the Landwell Employment Law Unit.
Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College Cork and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She joined Landwell Solicitors in 2007.
Deirdre specialises in employment law and advises corporate clients and HR professionals on all aspects of the employment relationship from pre-employment to termination including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks and HR policies and procedures. Deirdre also assists companies on corporate restructuring and workforce relations. Deirdre also has experience in employment litigation before the Labour Relations Commission, Employment Appeals Tribunal and Equality Tribunal as well as High Court injunctions and stress claims.
