Karen Dunleavy is a solicitor in the Landwell general commercial
and corporate law unit. She joined Landwell in 2000 and specialises
in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and corporate
reorganisations.
Karen has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (with European Legal Studies)
and a post-graduate Diploma in Business studies from the Michael
Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
