Elva Reddy specialises in Commercial Litigation including contentious and non-contentious Regulatory, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Technology, Environmental and Planning matters.
Elva has extensive experience both in the Irish Superior Courts, including the Commercial Court and in the European Court of Justice.
Elva advises on a wide range of non-contentious issues of commercial and regulatory law including environmental advices in the area of compliance.
Prior to working in Landwell, Elva worked for a number of years in industry as an environmental scientist.
Elva has a B.A Mod. in Environmental Science (Honours) from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Legal Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology.
