Edward Evans is the founding partner of Landwell Solicitors and
since establishing Landwell in early 1999, Edward has been responsible
for developing and expanding the practise and positioning it to focus
on commercial and business law, with a range of specialisms covering
financial services, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring,
employment, intellectual property, regulatory and commercial litigation.
Before establishing Landwell Edward was a partner in a Top 5 Dublin
commercial law firm specialising in commercial, financial and intellectual
property matters.
Edward provides advice on a broad range of commercial legal issues,
(including all aspects of financial services and mergers and acquisitions)
to a range of domestic and international clients in various industries
sectors including banking and insurance, software, retail and manufacturing,
distribution and logistics.
He has presented to a number of seminars and conferences on various
areas of commercial and information technology law and writes regularly
for business and commercial publications.
