Johanna Morris specialises in commercial litigation including breach of contract claims, judicial review proceedings, intellectual property and debt collection matters. Johanna has experience before the Irish Superior Courts and has also advised clients in relation to District Court applications.
Since joining Landwell in 2004, Johanna has provided advice to both individual and corporate clients on non-contentious intellectual property matters such as copyright, database rights, trade marks and domain name registration. Johanna has also advised corporate clients and public bodies on data protection compliance issues and freedom of information matters.
Johanna has published articles on the issues of defamation and privacy and has an an LL.B. Honours Degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin.
