Michael Moore is a solicitor in the Landwell general commercial
and corporate law unit. He joined Landwell in 2005 and specialises
in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and corporate
reorganisations.
Michael has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and is an associate
of the Irish Taxation Institute.
