Karen Dunleavy, Associate
Karen Dunleavy is an associate in Landwell specialising in commercial and corporate law. She joined Landwell in 2000 and specialises in the sale and purchase of private companies, venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. Karen has a broad range of experience in advising both Irish and foreign clients on Irish company law, corporate governance and general commercial matters.
Karen has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (with European Legal Studies) and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
