Michael Moore, Associate
Michael Moore is an associate in the Landwell Regulatory and Commercial Litigation Team. He joined Landwell in 2005 and has experience in commercial contract and shareholder disputes, judicial review proceedings and debt collection matters.
Michael also focuses on regulatory and administrative law and has provided advice to clients on statutory interpretation, the powers and functions of public bodies and the requirements of constitutional justice and fair procedures. He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in healthcare law which has included litigation, disciplinary hearings and judicial review proceedings.
Michael also has experience in relation to commercial and company law matters. He has advised both private and public clients in relation to corporate governance and compliance, corporate reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
Michael was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2002 and is an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
