Ursula McMahon, Partner
Ursula is a partner in Landwell and specialises in corporate restructuring. She joined Landwell in January 2001 coming from a practice where she advised principally on general corporate/commercial law matters. Prior to that, Ursula spent three years as a solicitor in the commercial department of a Top 5 Dublin law firm.
Ursula has a wealth of experience and expertise in general commercial and corporate law including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial contracts and Irish regulatory matters. In Landwell as a specialist in corporate restructuring and in particular international transaction work, she works closely with her tax colleagues, advising on the Irish company law aspects of all types of restructuring, refinancing, inter and intra-group transactions and reorganisations.
Ursula has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree (Hons) from University College Dublin and a Diploma in property tax from the Law Society of Ireland.
